Warranty
The STETTA STAT Sleeve is backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use of the product. If your STETTA STAT Sleeve is determined to be defective during the warranty period, STETTA will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product with the same or a comparable model at no charge.
What is covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Defects in workmanship under normal intended use
- Failure of the product due to manufacturing issues
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, modification, or unauthorized repairs
- Damage resulting from improper cleaning, storage, or use outside of the product’s intended purpose
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
To submit a warranty claim, please contact STETTA Customer Support with:
- Proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)
STETTA may request that the product be returned for inspection before approving a warranty claim. If a warranty claim is approved, STETTA will repair or replace the product at its discretion.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Returns
Only unused, intact, undamaged, and complete merchandise with all components as originally provided to customers, will be authorized for return (subject to inspection and acceptance). Returns will not be accepted from customers without prior return authorization provided by STETTA. Authorized and accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and the customer will have to pay for return shipping. No returns allowed after fifteen (15) days from original ship date from STETTA. All custom manufactured merchandise, bulk or special orders are non-refundable. STETTA does not refund shipping charges or processing fees for returned items. Orders which qualified for our free shipping promotion will not receive a refund for the credited shipping charges.
